Bar Foods BFFF Success second year in succession!!!

BAR Foods are celebrating their recent success at the British Frozen Food Federation 2008 Annual awards.

The company scooped 2 bronze awards, the first within the Best New accompaniment/potato/vegetable product for their Ratatouille and the second in the Best New Meat Free/Vegetarian product for their Quorn chilli. Both products are supplied to Whitbread and feature on core menus within the estate.

The Ratatouille is an individually portioned product with chargrilled peppers and aubergines in a slow roasted tomato sauce. It is a great product that is suitable for a variety of applications. The Quorn chilli is a great vegetarian option or as an alternative for the health conscious meat reducers. Again is a very versatile product that can across a variety of menu applications.
