New development kitchen

Bar and Restaurant Foods is pleased to announce the completed upgrade of their development kitchen facilities. The £125,000 facilities have expanded the development kitchen to accommodate the growth in the development and sales teams. The upgrade has included an expansion of the existing development kitchen and a brand new adjoining technical kitchen for product assessments.

Over the last 12 months the development team has expanded to include 2 new trainee development Chefs and the team has been structured in line with our the target markets. The new kitchen facility was created with the input of the development team to ensure their working environment meets with their needs.

The development chefs at Bar live and breathe food and its not just work to them! Outside of the day to day development work at Bar, they each explore their own food interests by regular visits to renowned restaurants, watching related programs and cooking for charity and competitions. All experiences are shared with the team during regular inspiration and brainstorming sessions. The increase in their development kitchen now provides more freedom to work on new creations and explore further trends to delivery food solutions to our customers.
