Over the 20 years Bar & Restaurant Foods has seen many changes in the eating out market but the old classic favourites such as Peppercorn sauce and Diane sauce remain top sellers. There have been some shifts in the fashion trends and BAR have been quick to adapt to the changing needs and demands of the British consumer with provenance based products with cleaner declarations and the removal of hydrogenated fats. To celebrate their 20th anniversary Bar & Restaurant Foods have unveiled an updated logo and launched a new core menu selection. The logo retains the original colours but moves with the changing environment to provide a modern twist to established suppliers of quality food solutions. BAR Foods Menu Selection is a range that covers all aspects of a menu from starters to desserts and all skill levels of operators and concepts. There are classic sauces such as Peppercorn, Diane and onion gravies with more premium sauces such as bourbon orange and pomegranate and citrus chilli burst. The range of products suits all types of operators with fully finished ready meals such as liver & onions and beef bourginoinne to more challenging base meals allowing the culinary flair of operators to be explored to hand finish dishes.
